Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

We ship to all major pin codes across India. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

International shipping: We currently ship within India only. International orders are not accepted at this time.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Product must be unopened and in original sealed packaging
• Return request must be raised within 15 days of delivery
• Opened, used, or tampered bottles cannot be returned due to the nature of fragrance products
• Gift sets must be returned complete and fully sealed
• Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are eligible for exchange only, not a cash refund

Damaged or defective orders: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.

How to initiate a return: Email hello@djinnperfumes.com or WhatsApp us with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are credited to your original payment method.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST
• We reserve the right to cancel any order we believe is fraudulent or placed in quantities inconsistent with personal use
• Product images are for representation only. Actual packaging may vary slightly from images shown
• Fragrance longevity and sillage vary based on individual skin chemistry, climate, application method, and storage conditions
• Djinn Perfumes is not liable for adverse reactions. Perform a patch test before first full use. Discontinue if irritation occurs.
• Promotional discounts and free shipping thresholds may change without prior notice
• Reselling Djinn products without written authorisation is prohibited
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Consumer rights (India): These terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or any other applicable Indian consumer protection legislation.

EU / International customers: We currently ship within India only. If you are accessing this site from outside India, please note that our operations and data practices are governed by Indian law. GDPR rights requests will be honoured on a best-effort basis.
