Our fragrances are formulated at 25%+ EDP concentration. On most skin types, expect 8–18 hours of longevity.
Do you use synthetic oud?
Never. Our oud is sourced from aged agarwood in Assam, India. We do not use synthetic alternatives.
How should I store my fragrance?
Keep away from direct sunlight and heat. A cool, dark shelf is ideal. Avoid bathrooms where humidity fluctuates.
Do you offer returns?
Yes — 15-day return policy on unopened bottles. For damaged arrivals, contact us within 48 hours with a photo.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is sent via email once dispatched. You can also view order status at My Account.
Do you ship pan-India?
Yes. Free shipping above ₹999. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days.
